Who operates Bellmeir

What this website collects

Only what you type into the demo form: your name, role, school name, phone number, email, city, and what you're interested in. The form is delivered to our email inbox by the FormSubmit.co form service; that submission is the only data this website sends anywhere.

There are no analytics scripts, no ad trackers, and no cookies set by us on this website. If you never submit the form, we learn nothing about your visit.

How your demo details are used

Only to contact you about Bellmeir: to schedule your demo, answer your questions and share a quote. Your details are never sold, rented or shared with anyone else, ever. If you'd like them deleted, one email is enough.

What the Bellmeir product stores for schools

The product itself (the web console and mobile apps used by schools) stores the student and staff records the school enters: names, classes, attendance, marks, fees, transport assignments and similar operational data.

• Each school's data is isolated in its own tenant. No school can ever see another school's data.
• The school owns its data and can export it at any time. There is no lock-in.
• Access is role-based. Teachers, parents, drivers and office staff each see only what their role allows; parents see only their own child.

Children's data

Bellmeir processes student records on behalf of, and under the instruction of, the school. The school decides what is entered, who can see it and when it is removed. Children never sign up directly on this website.

Security in brief

Every school runs in an isolated tenant, access is scoped by role, and sign-in is password based for every role: families and drivers use the phone number the school registered, staff use their school email with a forced first-login password change.
