Bellmeir is designed, built and provided by the Bellmeir team. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean the Bellmeir team.
This website is informational: it describes the Bellmeir product and lets you request a demo. Demos are free and non-binding. Requesting one creates no obligation for you and no contract with us.
Actual use of Bellmeir by a school is governed by the individual agreement or MoU signed with that school. That signed document, its scope, pricing, support terms and liability clauses, always prevails over this page wherever the two differ.
Use Bellmeir for running your school, nothing more exotic than that. In particular, do not:

The service is provided on a best-effort basis by a small, dedicated team. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance, and problems are fixed as quickly as a focused team can fix them, which is usually fast. No absolute uptime guarantee is promised on this page; if your school needs specific service levels, they belong in your individual agreement, where they can be stated properly.
Your school's data belongs to your school, full stop. Export is available at any time, and if you leave, you take your data with you. There is no lock-in and no hostage-taking of records.
Liability for any school deployment is limited to what that school's individual agreement states. For visitors to this informational website, we accept no liability beyond what applicable law requires.
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Material changes affecting signed-up schools are communicated directly.
